Xlibris - Stalking issues

My Dad contacted them. He's 79. Thought he was helping me. They email him over, and over, and over. For the last 3+ years, despite my written requests and calls to do otherwise. They Will. Not. Stop. I contacted better business bureau and they said my Dad needed to contact them directly. Despite my passion to ahndle it. So.... Here I am. I send Twitter posts with requests. Posting how low their reviews are. After I've illustrated my issues, and they post other reviews. No fix. Not a fan of this company.
