Xlibris review in Brisbane, Queensland: Do not accept them as your self publisher
I have posted back in September 2019. Not 1 cent in royalties as it shows I haven't sold a book in 5 years. So maybe I haven't sold any through their bookstores. When I look back on the way they handled my books publishing process I should have realised how third rate the suggested cover (not used), editing ( or more so lack of it) and the initial cost ( around the $4000/5000aud mark) for work that I ended up doing myself). Sad that so many have been hurt by this company. Count me in lumarie59@bigpond.com . NEWBIES Please check out and believe in the reviews before entering into any contract.

Xlibris review in Brisbane, Queensland: Scammed like everyone else
I got scammed like a lot of other people by xlibris and was hoping that if enough people who were also scammed, could get together and sue Xlibris. I am willing. Now if enough of us got together, maybe we could get our money back. Do I have anyone else who feels the same as me.

They should really be investigated by Interpol and the FBI for massive fraud but it never seems to happen although there is a class action suit against them going on right now in New York.

I have posted on pissed customer about xlibris it is under xlibris author solutions (their mother company) untitled xlibris class action lawsuit. Pleas e mail me your story regarding details of what package you purchased for how much and how far in the process you are, by participating you will be able to be included in the class action lawsuit to get your $ back.

Xlibris review in Brisbane, Queensland: Dodgy marketing deals.
I am still working it through with them and so wish to remain anonymous but basically I've been tricked out of almost $3000. I have money back details stating if I paid the first of three instalments I would not have to pay the second and third which would be covered from book sales. They took all three instalments and now claim the guy I was dealing with no longer works there. They claim they were working something out for me but it is now weeks since I have heard from them at all. The deal is clearly outlined in emails and I was assured it was legal because of that. I can forward these on request provided you can put them to good use with respect to doing something definite with them . Cheers.

Whatever you do, don't, don't, don't ever have anything to do with these people after you have completed your negotiations - if they are ever completed!
I have a friend in Sydney who has lost over $70,000 to these thieves. He is still dealing with them as well, but the outlook I imagine, will be less than satisfactory.
I wish there was an easy way to put you in contact with my friend without posting his email address on here.
