I paid $1300 i am not sure why they took so much money because i now know it $2 to print the books and i paid 2014 , book was publish last year they wanted more money to edit the book i said no so the book has to many spelling mistakes i would like at least $1000 back

This company is absolutely worthless!! I bought a $3,000 package (because I sadly, sadly, did not know what else was available.)
Every person I got on the phone with was a complete ***, unable to answer the simplest of questions.
I bought a marketing package, which has yielded no results. More so, they started selling my book through 'third party' distributors for pennies on the dollar, resulting in ridiculously low royalties.
Then to top it all off, when I questioned them about it, they said they could not track how that company handled the sales. WHAT?! If you can't track the sales, why are you selling through them?!?!?!
They also give BS answers like every company is allowed to set their own price. Um, in what country???
I'm not sure if the people at Xlibris are crooks or just complete idiots. Probably a combination of the two. PLEASE, save yourself the money and do not give these people a dime!!!
