I Wrote A Book...A Book Of Love Of Sadness And Breakthrough. It was a poetry book.
They Never Put My Poems In My Book. They were so rude to me. It was the worst experience that I ever encountered and experience. My Publishing Consultant quit taking my phone calls.
I recommend that nobody ever use this company if you want U want your money taken, then this is the company that you use. If they take money from older people and not make with them. Then you know this is the wrong company to use. Never Use this Company.

These People Won't Leave Me Alone
I published a book with in 2013. The did a decent job making it look the way I wanted.
However, what pissed me off is that they relentlessly called me for years afterward trying to push marketing packages I was not interested in. This continued even after I told them I was not interested and asked them to remove me from the list. At some point they must have gave out or sold my information because I now get calls from several different publishers trying to push similar marketing packages.
I even get scammers posing as major publishers trying to cheat me out of money over this book. These business practices are reprehensible, and I would never work with this company again.

They are an evil scam
They scammed my grandpa for $10,000 and didn't even give him one copy of his because he couldn't figure out how to send iit but they were quite happy to steal $10,000 off a grandpa in the early stages of Alzheimiers and got mean with me when I told them he;'d been diagnosed and they should pay him back since they did nothing for him. They kept lying to him "the cheque is in the mail" oldest line in the book then they blocked his number and mine, They are heartless evil theves and on top of that this is a huge huge coporatoon with many other names like Author Solutions to keep scamming under and the RUMOR is that they launder money for the Mafia

Crap service
I published a book through xlibris 2 years ago. I have not received any royalties, they are expecting me to put my book out there I now have over 500 copies that I can't sell to anyone because it was supposed to be their job.
In total I have wasted $60,000 and they are still ringing trying to get money.
I am now in debt because they kept saying this package will guarantee sales for your book and I was gullible to believe them. The main thing I am pissed about is I am in Australia so they are refusing to give me royalties because I don't have an American bank account which they should have mentioned (also for a fact they were able to take my money so why doesn't it work reversed)

Illegal sales of my books
My issue with Xlibris isn't resolved. They have no intention of giving me the royalty money they owe me.

- Harassment for constant services and investments
- Dishonest business practices
